Changeling Wayfare missing last two abilities in character creator

Not really a bug or anything, but as stated in the title the changeling art Wayfare is missing its last two abilities in the character creator, tier 4 and 5 simply saying "NC" instead of the abilities listed in the rules.

That is all.
