Requirements:	Necromancy, Rituals 2
Components:	An object capable of making noise and holding liquid, such as a singing bowl, crystal glass, or bell.
Cost:	3 blood
Cast Time:	2 minutes
Purpose:	Deliver the power "Echo" to a room.

Prepare your necromantic foci.

Move the bowl to a location that you designate as weak in the shroud, or pantomime using your foci to make the shroud weak. Pantomime cutting your hand and bleeding into the bowl, spend 3 blood, and speak the following incantation:

“I call across the shroud,
Share with us your pain,
Silence becomes loud,
And drives the weak insane.“

On a white 3x5 card, write the following and display it in the room where the ritual took place:

Ritual: Whispering Breeze
Caster: (Your name)
Start time: (Current time and date)
Duration: One hour, ends: (current time + 1 hour)
Effect: Wraiths may touch this card to gain the power "Echoes, no cost, 1 hour, while in this room, while this card is present”. Power ends if wraith exits the room.

Then chime or ring the object.

Card must be removed at end time.

Writing the card is part of the ritual, if a preprinted card is used please meditate for one minute.
