Physical. By default, this power deals 1 damage and drains 1 Energy. Touch your target and call "Energy Burn: [number]" where [number] is the amount total amount of damage you wish to do. Putting up to 3 additional energy into it will increase [number] by 1 per energy added. The target loses that much of their Health pool and that much of their Energy pool.
