Remove your white headband and enter the Realm. You have full access to powers in this state, and effectively are a living being. You become vulnerable to poisons, diseases, drugs and alcohol. You always read as having 10 health, no matter how much Energy you currently have. While in the Realm you may be healed by any means that would restore health to a living being, but all health gains are halved (round down). This has a side effect of not allowing you to easily be healed of aggravated damage. While in this state you may be given Gnosis, but you may not gain Gnosis passively.
