Ritual:Ward vs Kindred
Ward vs Kindred (4)
Requirements: | Thaumaturgy, Rituals 4 |
Components: | A piece of parchment, a wooden weapon or ammunition, something to write with. |
Cost: | 5 blood |
Cast Time: | 7 minutes |
Create a level 4 Thaumaturgy Circle. Sit in the center of the circle. Arrange the components around the circle, with one on each point.
On the parchment, draw large sigil that you feel is repellant to kindred. It should cover most of the parchment. At the bottom of the parchment write the following: “OOG Ward vs Kindred. If this parchment is removed from the door, remove the corresponding 3x5 on the outside of the door”
After the drawing is complete, repeat the following 4 times:
Go over the same lines with the Wooden Focus, chanting the following:
“By my will, this passage is proof from the Kindred.”
Silently meditate on the parchment for 60 seconds
Spend 5 blood. Destroy the tag on the wooden focus.
On a white 3x5 card, write the following:
This Door is ritually Warded vs those who use Blood. Ritual: Ward vs. Kindred Caster: (Your name) Begin Time: (Current time and date) Duration: 4 hours Effect: This door is Warded against anyone who may spend Energy as Blood, and they may not pass through this door. This ward will end if the Parchment on the other side of the door is removed. The caster is immune to this ward.
Writing the 3x5 card is part of casting the ritual, and it should not be made in advance.
Affix the parchment to the inside of the door, and the 3x5 to the opposite side. The ritual will end if the parchment is removed from the inside of the door by anyone.
Any given door can only have one Ward Vs ritual cast on it at a time.
