Eyes of the Nighthawk (2)

Components:	A raven feather, a “live bird” prop
Cost:	1 blood
Cast Time:	3 minutes

Create a level 2 Thaumaturgy Circle.

Sit in one half of the circle, with the bird prop in the other half.

Recite the following:

"Spirit of Raven,
Give me the sight,
to spy on my enemies
in the dead of night.

I shall become,
the one who spies;
by killing this vessel,
and eating its eyes."

Pantomime killing the bird, then plucking out and eating its eyes. Spend one blood. Name the location you wish to scry on.

This ritual grants you the ability to immediately use ClairvoyanceClairvoyanceClairvoyance: Other, Irresistible. As Astral Projection, except that you equip an orange headband and may only visit a character who you believe is friendly to you, a target who you can currently see, or the thing defined on the power descriptor line. You may follow the target, listening and seeing what they do for up to 10 minutes at which point you must return to your body. While traveling to or from the target you may not overhear or oversee events. While this power is active you may not use any powers except for Possessing Heal - you are only able to follow, listen, and watch. This power is not usable in combat., No Cost, Named Location Only, 30 minutes, though you must carry the feather with you. When the ritual expires, or you chose to end it early, you must drop the feather in the location you were scrying on, in the open.

When you return to your body, you will suffer an Irresistible Extend Blindness, 10 minutes

Writing the 3x5 card is part of casting the ritual, and it should not be made in advance. This ritual will end immediately if you drop the feather.
