Components:	An unconscious living victim. A ritual weapon.
Cost:	1 mortal life
Cast Time:	7 minutes
Notes:	This ritual only works on actually living victims. It has no effect on Vampires, Wraiths, Spirits, or other victims who are not actually alive.

Prepare your necromantic foci

Lay your victim on their back in front of you.

Recite the following:

"With your Death,
You will suffer no longer
I’ll take your flesh
And make mine stronger!"

Use the ritual weapon to behead your victim. (Use cutting off the head mechanic)

Ask the victim OOG how many health levels they naturally have when fully healed. (Do not count armor.) Use this number when filling out the card.

On a white 3x5 card, write the following:

Ritual: Xipe Totec
Caster: (Your name)
Target: (Target’s name)
Begin Time: (Current time and date)
Duration: Until end of game.
Effect: Until the ritual expires, The ritualist gains (X) health levels. These health levels behave in all ways like normal health levels and can be healed normally. Additionally, while this ritual is active, the ritualist has 2 levels of Uncleansable Wyrm taint.
Special: A necromancer may have as many of these rituals in effect as they have levels in their primary Necromancy Path. For each active set of this ritual, the Taint increases by 2.

Writing the 3x5 card is part of casting the ritual; it should either be done at the time of casting, or the caster must silently meditate for 1 minute if a preprinted card is used.

If the you suffer any damage, or the target is healed to consciousness during the ritual, the ritual fails.

Special - If you are on humanity, this ritual likely means you just lost one.
