You should show this Ritual to the Supplicant so that they know what their parts are.
The supplicant walks to the edge of your Den, bowing their head. Stopping, they wait for the Den owner to notice them. "Brother/sister bear, Child of Mother Gaia, I see you and welcome you to my Den." The supplicant asks "May I share in your bounty?" Respond "This is my space, but I wish to share it with you. It brings you power and safety. Will you take responsibility for defending it?" Wait for answer. "Good, then stand and enter my Den Brother/Sister bear. We must clean this space together, first, and then you must add your touch to this space for it to be shared." Both characters should clean and de-clutter space as you would for Rite of Den or Right of Renewing Den. When finished, kneel together and Meditate for 1 minute. Chant together "Mother Gaia, bless this Den with your Wisdom, that we may Honor you in its protection, that we may serve your will as your children. We claim protection over this place as our duty, receiving the power that it grants us. We take responsibility for this space, in your name, and we pity those who try to take it from us." Spend 5 Gnosis each and Place a 3x5 card in a clear plastic bag just below the Rite of Den Card.
