Mental. Disable. Use the sig call "Fascination" and clearly indicate a target. For up to 10 minutes, as long as you can maintain your end of a conversation or otherwise provide entertainment the target must keep their attention focused on you and may not attack you. You may not initiate power usage while this power is in use.
