Effect is Resisted as a Mental but not a Mental Effect. This power grants the target the ability to sense taint on another target. The sig call used is: "Sense Taint: [type]", where the type is listed on the Power Descriptor Line. If the target of the sig call is affected by that type of taint then they must answer with what level. You may not target yourself with the sense taint sig call.
