| Purpose: | Temporarily gain the powers of a giant |
The ritualist says “FE FI FO FUM, A TOWERING GIANT I BECOME!” and eats something that is shaped like a human (the player does not actually need to eat the human-shaped-thing out of game, as long as their character does so in-game. A note for our redcap friends: humans are human-shaped). They must spend five minutes performing feats that demonstrate how large and mighty they have become.
The ritualist is now a giant chimerically, but still appears to everyone else to be their normal size. As a “giant”, they must act like a giant the entire time the ritual is in effect.
While “gigantic” the ritualist can clap their hands together and then throw a packet for 2 sonic damage OR for Knockback 4, as they are very big and can cause shockwaves with their hands. They must loudly clap their hands before each packet attack.
While “gigantic” the ritualist may, once per recovery, begin a “Stomping!” 3 count, while miming laboriously lifting one foot and stomping with it to call “All who hear me: Mass Knockback 6!”
While “gigantic” the ritualist gains 4 additional health levels. They are very big.
While “gigantic”, the ritualist can’t use weapons, they are too small for a giant to use. Because a giant is very big.
During the effects of the Ritual, the ritualist may not enter a building, for they are too big. They may not whisper or speak quietly, for they are too big. Any time they handle an item that is made at a human scale, they must act as if it is very small in comparison. They should also remind people that they are very big whenever it seems like they don't properly appreciate that fact.
The ritual ends after one hour.
If at any point during the ritual the ritualist fails to act like a giant, the ritual ends and they gain a point of disbelief.
