Create Treasure (3)

Requirements: Changeling, Rituals 3
Components: Implements to craft or find the Treasure, the prop that will become the Treasure, a number of magical components equal to the level of the Treasure granted by STs.
Cost: 5 Glamour per level of Fetish
Cast Time: At least 5 minutes per level of Fetish
Notes: If the casting ritualist cannot spend enough Glamour to craft the Treasure in one go, they may perform the ritual several times, so long as they spend enough Glamour to finish it within the span of a single event.
Purpose: Create a magical item (fetish) that is powered by Glamour

The ritualist must first go to ST Camp and inform staff about their desire to create a Glamour Fetish (hereafter referred to as the "Treasure") and get approval that the desired Treasure is something that can be created with the rules of the game. They will be given a Visions card, to read at an appropriate time.

In Game, the ritualist, with at least two Changeling witnesses, must state “I declare to the Dreaming that I shall create a Treasure!” They must then verbally explain what the Treasure is intended to do. The end result may not be precisely what the ritualist intends, the Dreaming is capricious.

The ritualist will continue by saying “Dreaming, send me a vision of what must be done to make this Treasure!” The ritualist will then read their Visions card. The Visions card will state 1 to 5 magical components that are necessary for crafting the Treasure, one for each level of the Treasure that is to be created.

Once per game, the ritualist may go to ST Camp and perform a quest to get a component, represented by doing an extended NPC shift. STs may also make one or more components available through gameplay as well at their discretion. Note that it may (and likely will) require multiple games to acquire all the necessary components to make a high level Treasure.

Once the player acquires the necessary magical component(s), they may perform the ritual. The ritualist will then make a circle around the magical component(s), and with their hands, mime the creation of the Treasure. They must spend five minutes miming the creation of the Treasure, or actually crafting it should that be possible with the available materials, per level of Treasure. They must also spend 5 Glamour per level of Treasure. If their Glamour pool is not large enough to do so in one go, they may leave the half-finished Treasure to acquire the necessary energy, and return with it later. So long as the ritualist can provide the Treasure enough Glamour in the span of a single event, the Treasure will be created successfully. The ritualist may inform Storytellers that they are doing the ritual, and get the Fetish item tag directly upon completion of the ritual. Alternatively, they may go to ST Camp to get the Fetish item tag and apply it to the physical representation of the Treasure.

A Fetish created this way can only be used by characters with a Glamour pool.
