Purpose:	Create a magically binding Oath between two parties

The ritualist holds the pen and paper in different hands, and says “May the Dreaming guide my hands as I write the Oath that shall be sworn. By Rune and Spell, let my words be true and strong, as I write the Oath that shall be sworn. May ancient knowledge flow through the gates of Horn and Ivory, as I write the Oath that shall be sworn.”

The ritualist then spends at least five minutes writing the text of the Oath that is to be sworn. Once completed, if the Ritualist is one party of the Oath, they may hold hands or make other appropriate physical contact with the other participants.

If the ritualist is not a party of the Oath, but merely facilitating it, they may place their hands on the shoulders of those swearing the oath or make other appropriate physical contact with them.

The ritualist then reads the Oath. After that, they state:

“By the Dreaming, do you swear your word is true? By the Dreaming, do you swear to fulfill this oath? By the Dreaming, will you carry out this Oath, knowing that should you break the Oath, the punishment of the Dreaming shall be upon you?”

If all targets of the Oath do not answer “Yes” to all three questions, the Oath is invalid and the ritual ends. If all targets of the Oath answer “Yes” to all three questions, the Ritualist spends 2 Glamour to enforce the Oath, and all targets of the Oath must also spend 1 Willpower.

A player who violates this Oath may tell the Storyteller Team, for the punishment of the Dreaming is fickle and may come in many forms.
