Cast Time:	5 minutes
Purpose:	Make a circle that allows you to freely conduct the fury of the storm into your enemies, so long as you don't leave it.

The Ritualist first draws a ritual circle on the ground, underneath an open sky, with the leaves in the center. The circle must be no more than five feet across.

As they draw the circle, the ritualist must chant “I call the Storm and the Storm comes. I call the Storm and The Storm comes. I call the Storm and The Storm comes.” over and over again until the circle is complete.

The circle must remain intact for the ritual to work, and the circle remains magically potent for 1 hour after being created, or until the Ritualist steps into the boundaries of the circle

To finish the ritual, the Ritualist must step into the boundaries of the circle. If the ritualist leaves the circle for any reason after entering it, the ritual ends. For the next 10 minutes, while standing within the bounds of the Circle, the Ritualist may throw Element 4: Lightning for no cost. The Ritualist may also choose to add the “Irresistible” call to any five uses of the Skycraft Art. Using all five Irresistible powers ends the ritual early. Once the ten minutes have elapsed, the ritual ends.
