Purpose:	Coax information from an inanimate object

This ritual can coax information from an inanimate object. This is represented by an NPC who will provide the pertinent information by whispering to the ritualist. The ritual requires the proper signs and portents to perform. The ritualist must talk to STs first about what they are trying to coax information out of, say a weapon stolen from an antagonist, or a tree where a murder took place next to, and what they hope to learn, before performing the ritual.

After getting ST approval, and an NPC is already present with an orange headband, the ritual begins. The ritualist draws a diamond around the object being spoken to, sprinkling leaves around the object in the process.

They say “I hear nature’s whispers.” at each corner of the diamond.

The ritualist will then say “OBJECT’S NAME, I ask of you, please tell me what happened?”

Then, they put their ear towards the object. The NPC will whisper the information to them. This information will be useful, but may require some interpretation or additional context to understand. Swords aren't great conversationalists.

The ritualist then says “Thank you OBJECT’S NAME. I release you.”
