Crafting the Soulful Coin (2)

| Components: | A dead or dying wraith/plasmic victim. A Soulforge. A hammer prop (does not need to be tagged) |
| Target: | A dead or dying wraith/plasmic victim, |
| Cost: | 2 Pathos, +2 Angst |
| Cast Time: | 1 minute |
| Purpose: | Create an Oboli. |
Place a dead or dying Wraith or Plasmic character next to a Soulforge and use the sig call “Create Oboli” (the target does not suffer exposure damage from using this power). Spend 60 seconds roleplaying forging the target into an Oboli and then spend 2 Pathos. Upon completion, both players should go out of game and head to ST camp. Upon receiving your tagged oboli, return to the forge and then to game where you completed this ritual. Gain 2 Angst.
If performed with less than 10 hours of game time remaining, these effects persist through the following game.
